Riccardo began his spiritual journey at the Giorgio Furlan Yoga Academy in Rome at the age of 21 and after attending Yoga classes for about three years, he followed a course for Hatha and Raja Yoga teachers . In the meantime he graduated in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and started teaching in the state High Schools of Rome. He temporarily left the Yoga Academy to continue his path of self-knowledge by undergoing Jungian analysis which he concluded eight years later.

He experienced Rebirthing with Paolo Cericola and the Holotropic Breathing of Stanislav Grof. Moreover he received initiation into Krija Yoga from the S.R.F. and became a kriyaban in the lineage of the Gurus initiated by Babaji and culminated in the coming of Master Yogananda Paramhansa to the U.S.A. He graduated as a Yoga teacher and obtained the Yoga Master from the Master Amadio Bianchi's World M.Y.A. organization. He became Reiki Master and graduated as Spiritual Healer with the AESE Archetypes in the Colin Bloy line.

Riccardo’s  meditation path started with yoga underwent an interesting and profound change thanks to the encounter with Hemi-Sync frequences and the Monroe Institute, whose courses allowed him to better understand the possible interaction between Science and Spirituality. He hopes that, in the very near future, science and spirituality will have a closer collaboration for the spiritual progress of humanity. That’s why he wanted to become an Outreach Trainer of Monroe Institute.

He participated in numerous meetings of Spiritual Channeling and published a manuscript on the subject entitled "Rainbow".   He currently teaches Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Yoga Nidra and holds courses on contacts with Angels and Mediumship.
