Digital Marketing Manager
Location: United States (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, and content marketing

Analyze data and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and report directly to the Marketing Director

Collaborate with the production team and Marketing Director to brainstorm and schedule social media content

Create and manage social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals

Develop engaging copy and creative content that aligns with the brand and drives audience engagement

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring usability, SEO performance, and alignment with brand standards

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns

Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and CRM software
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Experience working in a fully remote environment is a plus
