As you got up this morning and walked around your home, did you think about gravity?

Why not? Because it isn’t important?  No, because we all take it for granted.  It’s always in effect, keeping us connected to the Earth whether we’re aware of it or not.

If you aren’t aware of this powerful universal law, then life just happens, and you may feel that you don’t have much control.

The Law of Attraction is also always in operation whether you are aware of it or not. It’s different from the Law of Gravity, however, because if you are aware of the Law of Attraction, then you can consciously live in such a way that life goes better for you.  If you aren’t aware of this powerful universal law, then life just happens, and you may feel that you don’t have much control.

What is the Law of Attraction?  Basically, it says that “like attracts like.”  We live in a vibrational universe where everything is vibrational in nature, including our thoughts and emotions.  Whatever you are habitually giving your attention to or thinking about—whether or not it is something you wish to have in your experience—is drawn to you.  What you are feeling attracts more of what makes you feel the same way.

We are each constantly creating our own personal reality.  We all engage in this natural, ongoing process whether we are aware of it or not.  We then observe what we have manifested and declare it to be “reality.”  As we focus our attention on our “reality,” we unknowingly offer a vibration which then brings us more of the same.

“I am more than my physical body” is a familiar Robert Monroe quote. Participants in the introductory Gateway Voyage program are asked to seriously consider that they are more than their physical bodies.  Embracing the concept that we are vibrational beings is essential to being able to work effectively with the Law of Attraction and to benefit from common manifestation tools such as vision boards, patterning and affirmations.

In his explorations in the nonphysical realms, Bob discovered very early on that being conscious of his thoughts was essential.

Bob Monroe was keenly aware of the power of the Law of Attraction, referring often in his books to “like attracts like,” the creative energy of thought, and the nature of reality.  In his explorations in the nonphysical realms, Bob discovered very early on that being conscious of his thoughts was essential.  In Journeys Out of the Body, he warns us to “be absolutely sure of the results you desire, and constantly in control of the thoughts you engender.”  His fearful thoughts, for example, offered a vibration which was instantaneously matched by a frightening situation.

In our Earth Life System, however, the time lag often masks the connection between our thoughts and what we manifest.  We may not realize that we are creating our own reality.  With this awareness, however, we are empowered to control our experience by deliberately managing our vibrations.

You can, however, easily begin to deliberately create a new reality for yourself—starting from where you are right now

If your current life experience is not as you desire, then you have been creating by default, which is what most people do. You can, however, easily begin to deliberately create a new reality for yourself—starting from where you are right now.

What are you waiting for?  Empower yourself by understanding the key concepts of the Law of Attraction and by learning simple, yet powerful processes and techniques to begin to deliberately create the life you desire.  Manifest from the powerful position of understanding that you are more than your physical body.  Shift to a more empowering way of being and living so that you can enjoy the manifestation of your desires and appreciate the daily evidence that other desires are in the process of being realized.

All of us are supported by the Universe, and when we open to being in the flow of well-being and abundance, life becomes easier, more satisfying, and joyful.
