Christina Grozik

Guest Trainer

Christina Grozik has been a student on the topics of sound health, consciousness exploration, and energy related modalities for most of her life. She is an integrated holistic health coach, 500-hour level yoga teacher, reiki master, associate polarity practitioner, meditation facilitator, and sound therapist. Christina has been a featured presenter, teacher and/or guest to a wide variety of audiences including Akron Children’s Hospital, Coast to Coast AM, Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E., The Shift Network, UPMC’s Family Medicine Grand Rounds, Kent State University, The Ohio State University, The University of Oklahoma, The Reiki Center, Delta Groove Yoga, and more. 

Christina first visited the Monroe Institute while producing her feature length documentary, Going Om. She was thrilled to have the opportunity to include Monroe in her project which explores the impact of sound and vibration on wellness. 

Christina served as the director for the Ohio Film Office and taught as an adjunct professor at Kent State University. She was the executive director of the Historic Ohio State Reformatory best known as the filming site of The Shawshank Redemption and has a background in non-profit leadership, marketing, and media production. Her eclectic work experience has allowed her the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range populations in numerous environments. 

Christina is currently working with the Department of Veterans Affairs facilitating integrated wellness sessions that include sound therapy, meditation, breathwork, and movement.
