Fred Rible

Residential Trainer, Author

Fred has been a member of Monroe since 1997 and DEC since 1998.  He became an Outreach Trainer in 2012 and was honored to become a Residential Trainer in 2015. He is a longtime member of the Monroe Professional Division. He started a Monroe Local Chapter out of his home in 2011, which remains active and robust.  He was appointed to the Monroe Board of Directors in May 2014 and has served two three-year terms. He is honored to be part of the team to bring the Monroe Institute into the future.

Fred is a retired Navy Captain, with both Active and Reserve experience.  He has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. A member of the Navy’s Acquisition Community, he has extensive contract negotiation and contract management experience, which includes a career in the Defense Aerospace Industry before starting his own business in 1989, which he sold in 1996.

Fred experienced an Out of Body state (OBE) during surgery in 1974, which dramatically altered his perspective on life and awakened his spiritual path. He began meditating in 1981 and attended his first Gateway Voyage in 1997.  He has since attended 17 more programs at Monroe which led to several profound life changing experiences.

A capable energy intuitive, he became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2014 and a Reiki Master Teacher in 2018. He has volunteered at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA since 2010 and does energy work with the severely handicapped patients. Fred also runs an energy medicine practice out of his home.
