Gianluca Talarico

Outreach Trainer

Gianluca Talarico was born in Italy in 1976. His father worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which led Gianluca to spend his adolescence living in Mogadishu (Somalia), Athens (Greece), and Tripoli (Libya). The fortunate opportunity to travel the world from a young age exposed him to different mentalities and cultures, sparking his curiosity about questions like... "Who am I?", "What is the meaning of life?", and "What is the true nature of God?".

His first encounter with the subtle worlds occurred at the age of 15, and from the age of 23, he began practicing meditation, exploring various techniques with different masters, teachers, and fellow travelers. He studied rebirthing with Leonard Orr, Osho's meditation techniques, and Mindfulness. He also delved into counseling, working with groups dealing with issues of loss, separation, and abandonment.

In 2020, during the COVID lockdown, Gianluca came into contact with the Monroe Institute for the first time. In less than a year, he participated in the Exploring Consciousness program, the Gateway Voyage, and Lifeline.  Since 2023, he has been studying to become an Outreach Trainer.

Currently, Gianluca holds the position of holistic coordinator at "Grotta di Sale Sant'Agnese" in Rome. He leads groups and private sessions in Meditation and Mindfulness, and he teaches these practices to students at the Tozzi High School in Rome.

Starting from October 2022, he, alongside Domenico Demuru, organizes experiential evenings featuring audio tracks from the Monroe Institute  at the "Grotta di Sale Sant'Agnese."

Gianluca's diverse life experiences, combined with his extensive exploration of Meditation and Mindfulness practices, have made him a dedicated teacher committed to assisting others in exploring the depths of their consciousness and enhancing their well-being.
