Do you ever wish you could wave a magic wand and eliminate some of the chaos and suffering that parades across your media screens? You’re not alone.

A growing number of people are doing just that. Rather than brandishing a wand (or a sword, for that matter), they’re using Monroe technologies, introducing Hemi-Sync^® and SAM at a grassroots level in communities all over the world. They are TMI’s Outreach Trainers.

The Outreach program was launched in 1985 and for the last 33 years Outreach Trainers have served and educated, supported and nurtured, and brought the powerful tools for consciousness exploration and development to an ever-expanding population.

These people are changing the vibrational frequency of their communities.

In May of 2018 in Verona, Italy, 12 new Outreach Trainers from six countries—Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, and Switzerland—graduated from Phase II of the train-the-trainers Outreach Training Program (OTP). The OTP, a comprehensive yearlong educational process, ensures that each Outreach Trainer has the tools, experience, and skills needed to guide their students on their evolutionary journeys of consciousness. When someone commits to become an Outreach Trainer, they are committing to influencing the vibratory field we share in a direct and positive way.

TMI’s president and executive director Nancy McMoneagle was present to officially welcome our newest Outreach Trainers. “I am so impressed with each of them—their dedication, passion, courage, and the hard work they are undertaking to complete this intensive training program (and all in English!). I feel they will be excellent trainers and Monroe Institute ambassadors.”

On the heels of the EU Outreach Trainer Program, more than twenty active European trainers gathered in Verona for the Trainers Retreat, a follow-up on the successful European Trainer Retreat held in Greece in April.

The retreat was a time of invigorating connection among European Residential and Outreach Trainers. The presentations and group discussions inspired a strong focus on enhanced collaboration, mutual support, and cooperative development. Consensus among attendees was to make the retreat an annual event.
